Christmas Network Freeze 2024

Dear Customer/Partner,

As is customary for this time of year, we wanted to update you with confirmation of our plans for the festive period.

Business Hours

Our Sales, Operations and Accounts departments will close at 17:00 on December 24th. We will reopen on Friday the 27th, Monday the 30th and Tuesday the 31st of December between 9:00-17:00, returning to our standard operational hours on Tuesday the 2nd of January.

Technical Support

Our telephone support for standard services will will close at 17:00 on December 24th. We will reopen on Friday the 27th, Monday the 30th and Tuesday the 31st of December between 9:00-17:00, returning to our standard operational hours on Tuesday the 2nd of January.

For customers with out of hours services or contracts, our support team are operating as usual throughout the Christmas period, 24 hours a day, and can be contacted on the out of hours telephone number detailed in your customer service plan.

Network Freeze

As is customary for Network Providers at this time of year, Stream have scheduled a network freeze from 08:30 on December 12th 2024 until 08:30 on January 2nd 2025.

During this time, no network maintenance will take place, however we will undertake any necessary emergency works and will communicate these via our website – http://status.streamnetworks.co.uk.

Our Operations & Provisioning team will continue to manage all active orders up to the point of service handover in accordance with our suppliers’/carriers’ own network freezes.

Service installation lead times will not include the freeze period. However, we will continue to accept new orders throughout the period.
